There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the purposes of governing the development and use land within the City of Greensburg, Kansas, and providing for the administration, enforcement, and amendment thereof, a zoning ordinance developed and published by the Greensburg, Kansas Planning Commission Greensburg, Kansas entitled “Sustainable Zoning Ordinance of the City of Greensburg, Kansas” (zoning ordinance), dated March, 2011. The Zoning Ordinance is hereby made a part of the ordinances of the Code of the City as if the same had been set out in full herein, all in a manner prescribed by K.S.A. 12-3009 through 12-3012, and K.S.A. 12-3301 through 12-3302, including and amendments thereto. No fewer than three copies of said Zoning Ordinance shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Greensburg” and shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open for inspection and available at all reasonable hours of city business.
