There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference for the purposes of promoting the health, safety and general welfare of the City of Greensburg, Kansas, and providing for the administration, enforcement, and amendment thereof, floodplain regulations previously adopted in 2001 as part of the city ordinances as Article 17 of the Land Development Code. The Floodplain Regulations as set forth in Article 17 of the prior Land Development Code of the City of Greensburg are hereby made a part of the ordinances of the Code of the City as if the same had been set out in full herein as the Floodplain Management Regulations, all in a manner prescribed by K.S.A. 12-3009 through 12-3012, and K.S.A 12-3301 through 12-3302, including and amendments thereto. No fewer than three copies of said Floodplain Management Regulations shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Greensburg” and shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open for inspection and available at all reasonable hours of city business.
