There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as the basis or guide for public action to ensure a coordinated rebuilding and development which will best promote the health, safety, morals, order, convenience, prosperity, and general welfare as well as wise and efficient expenditure of public funds within the City of Greensburg, Kansas, an amended Future Land Use Map, dated April 2012, to the Greensburg Sustainable Master Plan and language addressing such amended Land Use Map, adopted as Ordinance No. 946 and amended by Ordinance Nos. 952 and 1005. No fewer than three copies of said amendments shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 1018,” to which shall be attached a copy of this ordinance, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
